Randy Lim, Principal

With over 20 years of experience in Design, Real Estate, Construction, and Developments, Randy Lim has managed projects around the world including TeamRise in Seattle, Tantalo Hotel in Panama, and Koi in Vancouver. Mr. Lim’s background stems from an artistic and design, which is reflected in his deep understanding of architecture.

James Hancock, Design Lead

James is responsible for more high-rise residential towers in downtown Vancouver than any other single designer. Starting with his own firm, Hancock Bruckner Eng & Wright Architects, to a partnership with his architecture classmate Martin Bruckner, then their merger into IBI, Hancock has built a reputation as one of Canada’s great masters of high-rise building. His public service includes terms as both member and chair of the City of Vancouver’s Design Panel.

R. Steve Austin, PE (Civil Engineer)

Mr. Austin is a Principal at Advanced Civil Group and is currently responsible for the entitlement and design of new residential developments in the Western United States.

Mr. Austin has spent the last eighteen years in the land development industry. During this time, he worked with nationally recognized homebuilders, including Lennar and K. Hovnanian as well as international industrial clients, including Baker Hughes. Mr. Austin’s responsibilities included site acquisition due diligence as well as overseeing entitlements and design. Most notably, he was responsible for the design of two master planned communities in Southern California each with more than 1,200 units and the design of a brownfield industrial subdivision requiring removal of part of the project from the Colorado River floodplain.

Mr. Austin studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Brigham Young University earning degrees in Civil Engineering and Math. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a licensed Class A Engineering Contractor.

Tyler Kropf, Broker Specialist

Tyler Kropf leads BAC Real Estate Group, Inc. with a focus on value creation through real estate development and strategic asset repositioning.

Kropf is a graduate of Brigham Young University and resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife and three children.

Kristy Guan, Business Development

Kristy is a seasoned business development specialist and advisor, holding degrees in Business Management and Psychology, with more than 12 years business development experience in Canada.

Kristy has provided business consultant services across a wide range of industries, including real estate, innovation technology and IT companies, closing multi-million dollar deals. She specializes in investment, trading, distribution and strategic partnership and has worked with all scales of companies, from small local businesses to public traded companies.

Kristy is a fluent English and Mandarin speaker, with global experience managing international business deals, hosting trade shows and cultural exchange programs between Canada and China. Her passion is building bridges through international business partnerships.

Linda Lin, Project Marketing & Sales, Business Development

Linda is a team leader for being a direct liaison with our key clients in the Southern California market. Her experience in Business and Marketing, Linda is proven to have the right skill set for Republique. It’s fitting to have her represent Republique of our Asian and International clientele.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese, and part Cantonese. Linda has past work experiences in fashion, marketing, consulting, management and retail.
She worked closely with the CEO and founder of Australia’s leading Mining Services company in Western Australia. She was a subcontractor for the third largest construction machinery company in the world. She played an important role and was part of a well known media Company in Melbourne. Senior buyer and merchandiser for a retail franchise in Melbourne Australia. Founder and managing partner of a well established Medspa in Los Angeles.

Linda is a fashion, social media, food and travel enthusiast. Loves to spend time with family and friends and give back by volunteering in her spare time.

Kenny Lam, Project Marketing & Sales

Kenny is a team leader in Residential Real Estate combined with his specialty in Project Marketing & Sales for Republique. Kenny delivers unique expertise in housing knowledge and marketing skills that benefit his clients.

Being fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin he is an exceptional asset to have when working in the Greater Vancouver Area in order to close deals. He is familiar with buying habits and culture of potential Chinese buyers to make the transaction close seamlessly. He has also worked in the competitive and fast-paced Real Estate industry in Hong Kong; he works exceptionally well under pressure and possesses a broad high-profile network of overseas buyers and investors.

With an outgoing and warm personality, Kenny puts people at ease at the initial meeting and truly understands his client’s needs, and wants to give them the best service possible to get the deal done!

Erica Tallosi, Project Marketing & Sales

Erica graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Her background includes Human Resources and Law. She first started her Real Estate career in 2017 as an Assistant to Randy Lim and has assisted him with multiple projects. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, travelling to new countries, learning new cultures and enjoying everything British Columbia has to offer.

Ilia Tcherkassov, Project Marketing & Sales

Junior Associate with 2 years experience in real estate. Within this short period, Ilia has brought in over $50m in Commercial Real Estate contracts for Republique Group. Specializing in industrial heavy computing and restaurants.

Jeff being a team leader in Project Sales for Republique utilizing his past 20 years as a Realtor in the Southern California market.

Jeff is a passionate and dynamic realtor with over 20 years of experience in sales and dealing with buyers, sellers and renters. Jeff has acquired much needed experience and information about the current market. With a passion to help his clients and guide them to their real estate needs and wants, Jeff has successfully retained a track record of over $38 million dollars in sales within the past 10 years.

Neil Zhu, Project Marketing & Sales

As a vital team member for Republique Group, Neil aids the company in coming up with cost-effective and beneficial marketing campaigns, helping the team achieve a more successful and credible business state.

As someone with an eye for Real Estate Marketing, Neil Zhu has gained a considerable amount of knowledge and experience as a Graphic Designer and Online Marketing Expert. Armed with degrees specializing in Computer Science and Visual Art from the University of Victoria, Neil is well equipped with the right skills needed to perform duties and job descriptions that are related to the said fields. He worked with multiple real estate development companies that mainly focus on providing a variety of real estate development marketing services.
